In my search for the "non-existent" fork o-rings, I was referred to a place just outside of Philadelphia called "Sealing Specialties". Nick measured my o-ring, disappeared for ten seconds and came back with four of them. Price? Around a quarter each. Yes, that's right, the o-rings that Kawasaki used to charge us an arm and a leg for, when they "made" them, cost damn near nothing. He's also got the proper oil filter o-rings in stock. Ask for Nick Morrone.
This would be best for those who order in bulk as the minimum order is $20. That's a LOT of o-rings.
