There are several sites that have them, about $13. It is under cables. Part # 54001. I got mine from this site, I ordered it just in case mine broke and they stopped making them. Good luck.

I don't know the number, but I just bought one from my Kawasaki dealer. They were in stock at Kawasaki Canada. I paid $28.19. The Canadian dollar is trading at $0.916 this morning, so it should cost no more than $25.80 neglecting the fact that prices are usually higher in Canada
(p.s. Thanks for the info on the bypass for the fuel pump)

Make sure you buy a OEM cable. I bought a Motion Pro speedo cable a few years ago and it didn't last very long. I have a spare in my trunk in case I need it when I'm out and about.

Grease that cable with a good lithium grease at least once a year to maintain it.
