2010 Fairing
Can anybody advise me on the procedure in dismantling the fairing to get the rattles inside the fairing....

I would advise getting a service manual.. very helpful.
You need to remove two fasteners under each side of the fairing. This usually requires removing the lowers unless you have some specialized tools.
Then remove the fastener under the headlight trim, windshield, speaker covers to get to fasteners under there. As you split the fairing, be prepared to disconnect wiring.

Just as an aside, many of the rattles are in the LOWERS themselves, that rotating/sliding door rattles fiercely on my 2009, I packed it with foam rubber, helped a lot!
