Re: Sheiserman
Noob here, that forum looks cool but most of the posts from 2011 and not much thereafter lol - is it even still active or just sitting there unused lol. Maybe I did not look far enough into enough areas but looks old and abandoned :(
Kinda sad, looks like a cool place too, tho I must be partial to this forum, the official AVA lol :)

Re: Sheiserman
Unfortunately Bill is taking leave of hosting the site this October. A lot of social media sites have siphoned off membership and it became too expensive to host it, not having the contributing members anymore.
A year or so ago the site crashed and a lot of the posts between 2011 and 2018 disappeared into cyberspace but the archived pages are still there. It's a shame as a lot of older info will be lost but, I guess that's the way things go- too bad though.

Re: Sheiserman
That sucks, maybe he could export the data and we could upload here somewhere as an old archives page or something idk if that is even possible but sad to see the site go. Glad I found this site tho and am happy to be here :) Just sad to see another go down like thattriton28 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2020 8:57 pm Unfortunately Bill is taking leave of hosting the site this October. Re: Sheiserman
I got my first XII in 2013, and that was the first site I found which led to this one. Both have had a ton of information and lots of help.drtechnology wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2020 8:13 pm Noob here, that forum looks cool but most of the posts from 2011 and not much thereafter lol - is it even still active or just sitting there unused lol. But not one person said to never fall asleep/ take an extended blink in s-curves with the cruise engaged. Not one person. To its credit, the XII maintained speed until I was able to get the cruise off. Not to worry, the plastics were replaced, skin grew back and it has 175k miles on it now. I'm responsible for 125k of them. All it does is run, so don't fall asleep with the cruise on.
