I tried to find an OEM lense from an on-line retailer, no luck. I thought that was one of the upsides of owning a bike that remained largely unchanged for almost two decades.

You might want to keep an eye out for it on eBay. I was lucky enough to get an entire rear fender with one installed for $30 a few weeks ago. These, as well as fairing extensions, OEM chrome accessories, Cobra exhaust, etc are exceedingly rare and difficult to find. Be diligent and keep looking. They are out there...

Do you mind a painted one?

I know I have the painted one off the '98, and I'm pretty sure it is in perfect shape. We can thank Honda for the paint thing.

If you're ok with the paint, I'll go dig it out as it is stored elsewhere.

If nothing else works out, there's a guy on the Appleton, Wi. craigslist that sells used voyager stuff.

The paint is applied over the original red lens. If you're not comfortable stripping it, take it to your friendly auto body shop. Same it true of the trunk box light. Only they painted both sides of it too. Makes a big difference in night time visibility.
