Re: Tires
So I have the tires sizes from chapter 9 and I keep finding only rear tires in the AVON brand. Are people not using the recommended width for the front tire? I would not have thought it would be this difficult to find a place with front and rear tires. I have been to bike bandit and J&P Cycles. Any other suggestions? I even tried the Tire Rack because I have bought car tires from them but they only sell car tires.

I am looking for Avon's. I have the Venoms on my Victory and would like to put them on my Voyager (still thinking of a nickname). I have been on two sites that sell Avon but they don't have the sizes for the Voyager. Anyone have suggestions where I can find the sizes I need? I was planning on doing it myself after seeing the Norcal tire video. Already have the rims off, just trying to find the tires.
Thanks,
Ken
The MT90B16 is the same as a 130/90-16 according to this site:
https://www.answers.com/Q/What_tire_is_ ... as_mt90b16
At the J&P website search for tires by motorcycle, not tire size. Makes it easier to find what fits.
Hope this helps in your search.

Re: Tires
Thanks Barry! I am usually pretty good at figuring stuff out but it was stumping me how quickly you got info to me the first time and I went and was unable to find it. It was actually starting to peeve me off a little because I keep looking and not finding anything that several people were talking about, was starting to think I was loosing it. Looks like this will be a good weekend to tackle some of the issues. Going to be abnormally cold here in So. Jersey so I'll just spend some quality time in the basement and on the computer, picking away at my to do list.
Thanks again for all your help.

Re: Tires
I had an issue with ordering a rear avon tyre. Get in touch with revzilla.com they may still have a few in stock. seems avon has dropped production, or so I am told.madmax142 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 1:26 pm Thanks Barry!
