Chrome Polish

Has Anyone tried this? I read the water and tin foil idea, sure, but this says about how it leaves a wax protectant over the chrome to prevent future oxidation? Been around a while, good reviews, but figured I would ask y'all since you all are bike owners specifically :)

... do no know of what you speak, but I CAN say 0000 steel wool will
make your chrome pristine! NO LESS than 4-0s. Will not scratch or
dull... try a spot, rims-etc it will amaze you!!!!! The ease and
speed is scary... JM2C
