Evening guys. Possibly a dumb sounding question here. I've got an oil leak and believe I have it traced to the oil return tube. Looking at the schematics I use at Bike Bandit it shows a rubber o-ring so I ordered one. I took the bolt out of the return tube and to my surprise there is no o-ring there. So my question would be, which I really hope someone can answer, is which side of the return tube would that o-ring go. Between the tube and the engine, or between the tube and the bolt?

Hi,chefman84 ,Most of the banjo fittings we see in our repair shop,which it sounds like you are describing,use a copper or aluminum washer on both sides of the line.
I see three applications on the bike bandit site that shows what I think you are describing and the part numbers are 11009,11009A,and 92065 and from what I can tell,they show one on each side of the line on each of the applications.

Cushman eagle, you are right. I went back and looked closer through the schematics and I do see I was looking at the wrong part. Thanks for the heads up!
