Problems Downloading Forms or Files?

Check these items:

1. Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader program on your computer?

If not, you will need to download it first before you can read or use any pdf files (membership forms, rally forms, posters, accessory installation files, etc.) To download this program FREE, click on the Adobe icon below and follow directions. You may need to know what operating system (Windows 2000, Me, XP, Vista, Mac, etc.) you are using on your computer before you click on the icon. You can find out what operating system you use by (On most windows systems): click start button, then settings, then control panel, then double click on the "system" icon or listing. Your operating system and what edition (if any) should then be displayed, record this, then click Adobe icon below to start the process.
* If you DO have Adobe Reader, proceed to number 2 below. *

2. Do you have an updated version of Adobe Reader?

You should have version 9.3 or above. Failure to have an updated version will cause the pdf files to not load or not load correctly or may print incorrectly. The best way to get an updated version is to click on the Adobe icon below and follow the directions. THIS IS THE SINGLE MOST COMMOM PROBLEM WHY THE FILES DO NOT DOWNLOAD, DISPLAY OR PRINT INCORRECTLY! If you feel you may not have the latest version, again, click on the icon below and download the latest version. Adobe's site should be able to recognize the operating system on your computer, but you should know what yours is (see above how to determine what operating system you have) and confirm that is what is displayed on Adobe's site before you click the download Adobe reader button.

3. If you already have Adobe Reader, and the correct version for your operating system, first try restarting your computer, then try to download the pdf file again.

4. If that fails, try to run scandisk (if available) or whatever utility you have to check and correct errors on computer.

5. Assuming you have the Acrobat Reader Program, and the correct version for your operating system, the files may have been corrupted. If you originally downloaded Acrobat reader from a CD you had (it may have been an older version, or one for a different operating system), we would suggest you to download or reload with the proper Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website, click on the icon below and follow directions on Acrobat's website.
