Adapter needed for HF M/C High Lifter...
I am wondering if anyone makes/sells an adapter for the Voyager XII, to work with Harbor Freight's High Position Motorcycle Lift? I have the lift, but it will crush the exhaust pipes. I know some folks have welded together adapters, but I wonder if anyone sells them? I assume the adapter will need to be bolted onto the Lift, and I can handle drilling the necessary holes, as well as installing proper bolts. Cheers!

Carl Leo had some at one time. Contact him, I built my own out of some scrap metal I had laying around, If you like I will post some pics of it when I am at home. You have to be able to jack it from the center stand mount under the bike (center of gravity) or the front with come up but not the back. Now I can get the bike plenty high enough up to change the rear tire without removing the rear fender or anything.

Excellent! Thanks for the information. I will try Carl, first. Failing that, I will see what I can bolt together to make an adapter. No welding skills, but I can cut metal into shape, and bolt pieces together, but that would be tedious... Will do what I have to in order to make this jack work. I'm too stiff in the joints to crawl around on the floor anymore. The CoG information is quite helpful, also. Much appreciated! Cheers!

SgtSlag,
While you're looking search these forums for 'jack adapter' and watch for the names Bill O. (Overton) and Richard Pepin (the original adapter guy) as jack adaptor resource folks. Me? I went the tedious route and built my own out of bicycle frame pieces.
