Getting Down To The Wire!!!

Post by lockwoodjohn »

Hi Everyone,
This afternoon the sun broke through the gray clouds, I told myself it will not get any better
then this, Better make the most of it, Before that white stuff comes down. In up state NY that
can happen any time now. Fired up the voyager and went for a 44 mile little cruse. Stopped at
the local Dandy Mart to top off the gas tank. Took a little over 3 gallons. Figured out the mileage and got 48 MPG. My Gold Wing never got close to that! When I got home I told my
wife, "the more I ride the Voyager the more I like it". Just my opinion the Wing and my Harley
can not compare to the Voyager. I read some where on this sight that the Voyager is the best
kept touring bike secret . I' am a real believer in that statement.

Thanks,
Lockwoodjohn
PS Again just my own opinion, Wings and Harleys are nice bikes!

I agree with the statement [the more I ride it the better I like it   ]I have had my '99 almost 4 years and just over 20000 miles and am always impressed with it, especially the gas mileage, averaging 49[odometer corrected]
