No it's not a "Man Cave," more like "Dad's Dungeon or (dog-house)." It's only 12'x18' but works for me. Obviously I would have preferred 18'x24' but that wasn't feasible nor would it have fit into my yard (see photos below to understand the size issue). Poor man, got to my house at 12:50 and didn't get to leave till after 3:00, and all he had to do was "back it in and drop it off the trailer".
Ha! Seemed simple enough. I even warned him and had him visit first to eyeball the playing field. I think he under-estimated a tad.
I hope to get a work bench built within the next week or two. I also would like to lay down another layer of 3/4" plywood to double the floor strength but that may not happen till spring. Already got a ramp built that's 8' wide and made out of treated 2"x6" boards (it has an 8' opening opposite the man door). I also have to say that it's nice being able to start the bike in the morning before work and not press my hands on the front and back of the windshield to melt the frost!!!





PS... my bike is happier sleeping here than on the street out front!

Congrats! It's hell when you don't have a garage for your toys.

.....scott,.... no previous garage ? the bike has been "out in the front yard " for how long ? this new addition must feel like the "taj majal" looks great ! and yes ....much sympathy to the guy delivering it ! .....tony
