Merry Christmas to all, If anyone has any idea's for any trinkets or bling they would like to have, drop me a line. I am working now on the front vents ,not in chrome but in stainless steel and these proto-type vents out of .044 mirrored brass. The brass will have to be cleared to hinder getting a patina to it. But I am open to suggestions of items to manufacture. below are some examples of the vents and some other items for the Harley guy's I ride with. The napkin holder was a real big hit this year for Christmas presents. It started off as a one off for a friend, but when the powder coater employee's seen them they all went banana's and I ended up making a few for them which covered the cost of the powder-coating. The vents are copied from a set that was loaned to me, but I'm not happy with how they fit. So its back to the PC to tweak the program. I'll have some pic's of them on my bike in a week or two if I get time. My shop has turned into Santa's workshop for the past month.

Actually I have had some time looking for Kawasaki logos to use, and really like the one from around the 60's So with that on mind, on the middle of the napkin holder would be the text ZG-1200 flanked by mirrored image of that old logo. (IN GREEN POWDER COAT) of course.... got my new front vents finished today and installed . They have the same hole pattern as the old oem bling so there interchangable. This project started out as a stainless steel set but when I seen we had some job extra drops I put them to use. Here's the pic's of both the brass and the stainless steel.

Oh did I post H-D type photos, Hey we have quite a few HD riders in the group...No one's been asking me for anything else for Christmas gifts. And the Harley riders are used to spendin ( H undred D ollars ) for every little trinket. I do ride with quite a few so the powder coated looking sign made very nice from Santa gifts. And the napkin holder is a one off never to be done again. It was a special gift... If anyone has something they think they would like and have Corel suite / save as / ?????.eps and I can get it into vector format for cad-cam . Here is another photo of just what the water jet is capable of doing.

....Hi Gene !, and happy holidays to you ! If you have the space in your trailer, I'm thinkin you could sell all the trinkets shown here at the N.C. rally next July, I would be a buyer for sure ! Put me down in the ALL column if ur takin orders. also these pieces would only take up space/weight in ur trailer one direction...........tony
