Snow Motorcycling in Michigan Today

The picnic table in our back yard has accumulated snow since December. There was 16" on it this morning and probably another 6 inches by now and the snow isn't supposed to quit until Tuesday. Think Spring !!!!!!!!!!!!

we have had over 40" since the start of November up here in Alberta

Dang....it was 56* today...........brrrrrrrrr...I rode anyhow.

I know it is tough riding at 56 degrees 96desertXII but someone has to do it My thermometer shows-11 right now ,makes me think I chose the right time to do my winter service

...not riding here in toledo, that's for sure ! over a foot of snow on the ground, temp is 13 below, level 3 winter emergency, no civilian vehicles allowed on streets......come on spring ! !

When I live on the mountain I rode the Harley down the hill one Christmas day to meet with the family. When I left the house it was 21* and sunny, in full gear and chaps with nothing heated, my hands were numb within 5 miles along with my face. I was in a fullface with a neoprene face condom and heavy thinsulate gauntlets. Only my hands and face suffered....it was a good thing that it was only 22 miles to the bottom of the hill and temps in the 50's....
