trunk mounting question

trunk mounting question
hello all. previous owner changed trunk mounting hardware .it is bolted to mounting rack rigid will not slide. want to get original hardware so it can be moved back and forth again. looking at bike bandit.com but cant tell whitch parts i need. think its the guide, collar and 6X22 screw. any help would be appreciated. i have a 1996 zg1200. thanks rich

Hey Rich,
Hang tight and I'm sure you'll get lots or replies. It sounds like the PO install a trunk extender to add extra room (moving the trunk back another 2.5-3 inches). Most do this for either the passengers sake or if they carry a large bag strapped in that area (tent, sleeping bags, etc...). I'm not sure if you actually need anything, you may just need to remove the additional bars and bolts used to extend the trunk.
I don't have one yet, so I can't tell you the configuration. Sorry.

yes Rich those are the parts you need, but don't forget the 92015-1262 nut to top them off. I suspect a typo, but the 6mm bolt #92009-1400 is 28mm long.
