remove right glove box

I have a 1993 Voyager and need to remove the right glove box--- need help to remove

you have to remove both of the fairing lowers then remove the windsheild and both the fairing outer covers then you have to remove the stereo and speakers then u can remove the right side trim pocket

It may seem that way, but once you do it, it will be straight forward the next time around. I did it for the first time two weeks ago to do some electrical accessories wiring, Kawasaki did a good job in that it uses a minimal number of bolts considering the overall complexity of the fairing system.

While you have the right fairings off, it will allow you access to the cruise control servo. Mine was way off (looks like someone never bothered to adjust it). After adjusting, now it works just like a car cruise control, sweet. :perfect10:

Click on thelink in my sig line.. takes you to my page and towards the bottom are the docs required for removing the fairing and radio without ripping the seals..
just take your time and if its your 1st time, poke removed screws into cardboard in the pattern they come out.. makes re-assembly much easier..

Carl still holds the record for fairing removal and radio out at 16 mins.. Im shaved 3 mins off my time the other day to 17 mins ;-)
