Trunk extender's
Marvella's makes a trunk extender, I had to have one as the trunk and backrest are a little to forward for my passenger....They give fairly good instructions but I did get one surprise....I'll tell you as I go... I posted some photos... Nice sturdy steel, powder coated... Ok the instructions tell you to remove the fastened bolts on the left side of the trunk and loosen but don't remove the right side so you can tilt the trunk up and do one side at a time..... Remove the front slider by sliding it back and up it comes out... Then you fasten it as shown in photo... After you fasten the slider place it back in, then insert the stock bolt that came out of the rear of the trunk into the extender and into the frame, don't tighten it tight just yet but almost tight, now place the trunk over the bolt holes and place the longer bolts in the back now here's where I got my surprise,, the two front bolt holes were to small for the 1/4" bolts so I had to drill out the front holes to get them in... Tighten it down [1/2 "socket] the go back and tighten tighten that stock bolt [12mm] and you are done.. I will place a nut on the front slider connection, they should give you one but they don't... also I will put a little grease in the sliders so it moves a little easier..
