For some reason "used" motorcycles seem to be consistantly absent the tool bags. I have YET to buy a used bike that actually have one with the bike.

I guess I am special (at least that's what my wife says), my used 2003 came with it. I don't know if all the items were in it, but it had a few. The screwdriver set up is lame, and I have "MORE" than supplemented it.
Enjoy,

Mine came with the OEM tool kit. I immediately replaced the set of pliers that came with it. I looked at the aftermarket motorcycle tool kits. They are expensive and fall short in what I think ought to be used on the XII. I think one would be better off putting together their own tool kit, based on knowledge what tools they need in the field based on when they worked on their bike.
