Rocketman;
in this same "General-Voyager (1200 Four)" forum, go to the posting entitled "Tool Bag" and find the skydrive link at the end of Mr. Jensee's post. Click on it and you will find some help. Thanks to Mr. Jensee for providing the link.

I've been trying to sell a Voyager to no avail, it runs perfectly & is in good shape & I priced it under the kelly blue book trade in price and haven't been able to get anyone to offer anything for it.
I'm about to donate it to car talk but am wondering what one is worth.
Just wondering what you paid?

That is not the water pump. I think you need to know that there is a cover over the water pump you need to remove (5 ea #8 bolts) It is called the transmission cover, it is the cover right next to the left foot peg, the length of your foot. It goes from under the chrome alternator cover down to level of frame and from the engine cover that says "Kawasaki" back to the part of the frame that connects to lower frame. The chrome triangle cover has one of the bolts holding it on that has to be removed to remove this cover. Your coolant tank is also behind the chrome triangle cover & behind that is a small fuel reservior where the carb's drain into and the black hose you see right next to the frame with the plug in it is where you drain the carbs after opening the screws on the bottom of the bowls on the carbs, they are only accessible from the right side of the XII. Kinda wordy but do not have a photo handy. Hope this helps.
