So after taking apart and replacing as many of the coolant hoses I could get at I still have a leak. One of the lower hoses was defiantly leaking but now that everything is back together I ran the bike for about 15min and I can see a small plume of steam coming out of the bottom of the rad just where it goes from the main to the fins.
I can't hear any hissing after I turn the bike off but clearly there is a small bit of steam.
Ugh!
Reparable or do I have to replace it?
If it in deed needs replacing will one from an 86 XII work?
Coolant leaking from rad?
