Headlight Vertical Adjuster - where to get

Where can I get a replacement for my missing Headlight Vertical Adjuster? The entire system is missing. I have a hole in the panel where the knob belongs, no cable, and no type of fixture at the headlight end to effect adjustment. Is such a thing still available anywhere and if so, where?
