You can get them from lots of places. When looking at drawings, I believe it is listed as "cable, starter."

Replaced mine this past summer, Under 10.00 dollars from Ithaca Rec., A Kawasaki dealer
in Newfield,NY. Try looking on line alot of places sell parts for our Voyagers.

Partzilla is one pretty good source in my experience. Sometimes slow to ship but reasonable prices.
