If I remember correctly the rear tyre size listed in the specifications is incorrect, shows as a 16" tyre.

Re: Owners manuals
One guy on ebay gets them, but seldom never 03. He's always asking $60. Little steep, IMO. Thanks Triton

Re: Owners manuals
I found the Owner's Manual to be a valuable reference for me as a newcomer to this bike.
Here is a link to it - be advised the server is VERY slow so be patient with it, but it answers a lot of the first timer questions.

Re: Owners manuals
I was fortunate that my ZG1200-B17 (2003) came with an owners manual and stereo manual. I have been meaning to scan it so I could put the original away and have it on my Ipad and phone (android).chicagorandy wrote:I found the Owner's Manual to be a valuable reference for me as a newcomer to this bike.

I finally did this morning, but it's on the computer at work. i could upload, then share it tomorrow. Don't guarantee the quality as I didn't have time to look it over after doing the scan, but will tomorrow before copying it to devices.
The Stereo manual (owners, not repair) will come later.
Merry Christmas ,
Ken

Re: Owners manuals
So from this I understand that the 150/80-16 Dunlop E3 I just received for my 'new to me' 01 might have a fitment issue. I used the manual instead of crawling around to get the tire size.triton28 wrote:go to this site:http://www.kawasaki-techinfo.net/showOM ... ng_code=EN

Well, the second oops I have made with the Voyager.
The first was getting on my first bike in 20 years, riding home, and having the neighbor's bulldog attack the front tire as I pulled through the yard to the shop. The only damage was to my dignity, the dog's head when I caught him, and my back (dang, that thing is heavy).

Re: Owners manuals
I just went and checked 2 1987s, a 1990 and a 1993, all Canadian sold Voyagers, along with the #-61 last issue of the supplement, and all are 150/90 15" rear tyre size.
I just wanted to be certain my eyes didn't play any tricks when I checked them for the previous post I submitted about the size listed in the online owner's manual.
I always read specifications over very carefully.
Yes they certainly are heavy when they start to go over.
