Rick and I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Effingham. Hampton Inn Effingham

I haven't made our reservations yet, but will do so in the next couple of days. We stayed at the Super 8 the first year we went to Moonshine and weren't impressed (to be polite).

For those that are going to be in Effingham on Friday evening, would you be interested in doing dinner at a restaurant in Effingham instead of the buffet at Richard's Farm Restaurant? The dinner at the restaurant is $17 and that includes tax and gratuity. Lots of bikes to look at too, but you/we could look at bikes (or not) and grab dinner somewhere else. Might be cheaper too, unless we find a niiiiice place. Had one or two ask what the plan was for Friday night and figured I'd ask here. Post up and we'll try to figure out a (gasp) plan.

For BBQ fans, there has been a guy selling some decent stuff out of a trailer just off the highway's main exit at 33/32/N. Keller Dr. But if it's raining, LOL.......

Karol and I are good to just about any thing. That sounds like fun as we had no one plans. For Friday night.

Eleven days until Moonshine Run Eve meetup dinner with the Mo-Kan club riders! I am not sure of the numbers making the ride from Indiana, but I will be there for some BBQ with C&C! :woohoo:

I have Metric's phone number as well as Jim Loiselle's. Jim (Highway Rider), you might shoot me your cell number. I've looked over some of the suggestions from Metric as well as others. Do you want to meet up Friday night and choose a place, or roll the dice with with the decision from KC and meet there, or?

Weather looks to be good.

Dang. I can almost taste that Moonburger.......
