Gear shift linkage
Has anyone adjusted the gear shift linkage? Mine seems to have some play in it. Do the rod ball ends come off easily or would I need a special tool? I am planning on greasing them up when I have it off. Any advice would be appreciated.

Parts diagram shows no bushing, Ball is pressed into the linkage. I would think linkage on ebay with low low miles may help
