I always ran 7psi before I switched to progressive springs. If I remember right the book says up to 10psi
It's all about the RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure you probably know this but just in case use a air shock pump not an air hose or you will probably blow out your seals.

If 10 or even 15 lbs (too much according to Kaw at 15, but I've done that for a while) does not do it and you still bottom or is too soft, it is time for Progressive springs. I assume you still have stock springs, and they really don't last all that long or do the best job by any means.

I'd get progressive springs. Better ride & cheap, easy to install to. Then you can ride without air in the forks
