I think I have checked everything I know but still no signal lights.
1993 Voyager-----change relay----change fuse. Started checking for power with a test lite--no power to signal light relay--no power to fuse--no power to signal switch on handle bar. Yes I had starter switch on. Help please.

Re: No signal lights
There have been issues with the wiring harness that is strapped to the steering column breaking and causing issues like this. The tie strap around the neck just below where the bar meets the handles is too tight. Cut that if you have not done so and have a look in that area for a broken wire.

+ 1 here on the neck area. Mine, would kill the stereo when turning. Found the wiring from ign switch about cut in two. Some have lost complete power to engine. Your checking turns with bike on and turn your handlebars a few times.

Re: No signal lights
Finally found the problem with the help of Carl---told me to check the brown plug on left side and I did---the wires (two of them-white and orange/blue) had pulled out of plug.
Can this be repaired ????
Thanks

Re: No signal lights
Absolutely, first I apologize for not knowing the size needed but it's been a long time since I've used them but you can get what we used to call "Pin Pusher/Extractor" at places like Radio Shack. Their are different sizes and I'm sure you can probably get a set of 3 or 4 for a couple of bucks. It basically will push in the connector side of the plastic plug, compress the little metal wings/tabs that fan out and hold the pin into the connector, by compressing them you can then simply push the pin out the back freeing the opening so you can crimp a new pin on the wire and simply push it back into the correct location.
Update: search eBay or your local shops for "Molex Pin Remover"
I checked their site and only found one size, here is link to the page!
