Towing the Voyager with rear wheel on the ground.

Newbie here.

I have seen a rig that attaches to a class IV trailer hitch receiver and carries the front wheel so the bike is towed with the rear wheel on the ground. Has anyone used this setup? Can the Voyager be towed this way without damage?
