Re: Center stand
You can reach under there and flip the first stage down with you foot or hand, easy to weld a lever onto the the stand or if you look close you will see a bracket with a hole in it by the foot, drill another hole in the other side and bolt a 1/4" by 1/2" flat bar or whatever works to the stand and bend it so it fits when up where the other one did. Good to go.

Re: Center stand
My bike was missing the foot-peg, on the first stage when I bought it. My mechanic welded a chrome tube on, to replace it. Works very well, now. I find the first stage to be less than secure, or particularly stable, as the bike slides on it, until I step on the second stage. I would not recommend trying the centerstand without the first stage being engaged, as trying to use the second stage, without the first, is quite challenging. YMMV. Cheers!
