rear speakers

Has anyone ever tried to replace the factory rear speakers? I wondered if you can open up the housings and replace the speakers with aftermarkets. Fronts work great but the rears are getting a bit crunchy when you crank them up.

The rear speakers will take replacements. But don't try to remove the allen screws on the faceplate of the rear speakers. They are just fake screw heads molded into the plastic. The speakers are replaced through the bottom of the speaker housing. Uses the same size speakers as the fronts. 4 inches.
