Finally got all my ducks lined up.Got the carbs to stop leaking by polishing the seats with a q tip and some mothers polish using the cordless drill.Got my seized plug out with some alot of elbow grease after it had soaked in the kroil for 2 weeks. It acted like it was grounding out intermittently thru the porcelain at the base.I got the carbs resynched.Fired it up and found a pinhole leak in the lower radiator hose.Four pieces of bodywork and a lot of grumbling got the offending hose off the bike and a replacement was found in the automotive parts store. Finally got it all back together except the pieces i took off for the radiator hose repair.Took it for a short test ride.Runs like an 800lb sport bike should. Now i can stop all asking all these annoying questions to the forum. Thanks for all your input.
