STARTING ISSUE
Went to get gas yesterday and went to start bike up and nothing. Turned ignition on and off nothing .Pulled clutch in few times and it started. Couldn't get it to not start after that. How do you check the safety switch for the clutch and if need be how do you jump it? there are three wires on the clutch safety switch. I cant find trouble shooting in my service manual is there any on forum? And where is the starter relay located? Oh and my bike is a 94 if that matters. thanks

Re: STARTING ISSUE
Clutch switch is up behind the lever. Starter relay, located left of the battery, near frame. Relays are generally not an issue.

Re: STARTING ISSUE
If your bike is exposed to the weather when you park it, it is probably that safety switch behind the lever. It is a little thing. It can be opened up and cleaned with a contact cleaner and then a dab of dielectric grease on contacts. But be careful if you lose a tiny piece or break it you have to buy a new one.

Re: STARTING ISSUE
Does the neutral lamp glow when in neutral ? It is the ground for the the starter relay , Not the starter motor relay, which should always have a B- on one side.
