It really pays to shop around!

Post by trikebldr »

Went online to find a MR90-18 Elite 3 tire for my bike and one for my sidecar. They use the same size. JP Cycles is usually a good place to look and they have good prices, USUALLY! but I saw an add on the Google search right next to JP for roughly half of the JP price. JP was $146, as was several sellers on Amazon, but Motosports price was $79 (free shipping, too!). I called to ask how old the stock was and they said less than three months old. Wow! That indicates a huge markup even by the best sellers. Bought two of them for less than JP wanted for one (with shipping).

Just be sure to check the manufacture dates when they come in. Yeah if half the price it is a bargain for sure. :woohoo:
