This thread is along the lines of one of my concerns with my bike. My windshield has a Wing type vent in it so I assume it is a replacement. It is a bit low for me, I totally look over it, and puts wind at my ear level.
What is the height of a stock shield? As measured from the top of the chrome trim piece?

Re: Stock Windshield Question
I believe the original was 22" from the top of the chrome piece.

Re: Stock Windshield Question
If Not Known: FYI: The stock windshield is adjustable up about 2" if you remove the mirrors & chrome piece, in front of it & most good aftermarket shields can also be adjusted up a bit.JohnT wrote:This thread is along the lines of one of my concerns with my bike.
