I have a 2002 Voyager 1200. I notice that the signals only cancel part of the time. I tried lubricating the switch but no improvement. It was suggested that there might be an intermittent open connection to the coil. I tested this however with an ohm meter and it checks out good. I decided to replace the switch and purchased one in good condition off eBay. I installed the switch today, but no improvement. I did find that there is no voltage going to the turn signal module. I would appreciate any suggestions. Many thanks to Carl Leo and Eugene Kapuscinski for their input.

I also have the same problem. Most times it works great and sometimes it doesn't. It's not the coil because it would just stop working. The coil trips the switch so it's probably not the switch. I don't have any issues with my cruise control so the speedo is fine. I'm thinking it's the relay that powers the coil only working sometimes. It can stick sometimes. I haven't tried it but you might want to.

Re: Turn signals won't cancel
Most usually it's because of the stretching of the wire harness along the left side of the 'faux-tank'.
If that's still tied to the frame(about 3 inches from the triple tree) the wires are pulled to tight and will either break or pull the wires out of the fuse block up head.
