Bike Bandit

Post by Neal »

Anybody else noticed changes in the service from this outfit? :dm:
Last week I found I had worn gears on the speedometer drive and needed to order new units. Checking the normal place on Friday morning I found they had both gears in stock and could ship immediately. So I put the order in. Imagine my thoughts when I got the message that my order was shipped on the NEXT WEDNESDAY.......And it's coming via Snail Mail!
Dealer for all Air Rider products, and Nolan helmets and headsets.

Local dealer is always the best way to go on getting stuff quickly. You just need to establish a good relationship with a local dealer and they will take care of you. This type of relationship goes a long way and helps keep them in business for the long haul.

I've never found the dealer any faster getting your parts to you than an online company. I do know that BB gets parts from several suppliers. Parts that are getting difficult to find are going to take longer if they can be found at all. That's just the way it is.
