Hi everybody. New Voyager owner here. Had to move on from my '79 KZ 1300 when I faced the hard realization that if something went wrong with it that I'd have to stare at a long list of discontinued parts so I decided to make the wife happy and opt for a "dresser" a little earlier in life than I'd hoped. Got a good deal ($1000) on a 2002 30K mile XII with minor low side damage, if you don't count the bent left fork and I love it. My only question so far is what would cause the radio volume to not go up while riding it? I understand it has the auto volume decrease when not on the highway, I guess, but I can't get more volume while riding. Thanks for any advice you might throw my way and I look forward to learning more about these bikes.
Diehard, bleed green, Kaw fan. . . . . out!

Re: Radio Volume
On the left side face of the radio are two buttons ( actually four dials ), the left one is Intercom Volume / Auto mute, the right one is Tone / Automatic Volume Control. You can adjust the volume increase to suit yourself.

Re: Radio Volume
Thank you both for the help. I really appreciate it. Bike's been down for awhile now anyway, straight set of forks, bushings and seals. . . . . . . AND now waiting on unbent set of trees to show up. It'll get there. Can't wait to run up the miles.
