What is the story of the voyager xii running down the battery if it sits for a few days?

It should not run down in a couple of days .Couple of weeks ? Maybe.
Keep it on a tender if not riding regularly .Clocks ,presets and even a faulty trunk light switch can kill a battery .

Got to watch the 5-to-4 wire adapters for a trailer. One I bought draws 110 mA (0.11 Amps), enough to draw down a battery in even shorter time than a few weeks. Installed a relay run off the front fairing marker light to power the adapter, only runs trailer lights when marker lights are on.
