A clicker torque wrench is around $20, at Harbor Freight. You will want one in ft.-lbs., for the majority of things to be tightened (especially oil drain plugs, and the oil filter bolt), as well as one in in.-lbs. for the steering head bolt, I believe. The HF clickers will be accurate enough for our purposes. Be sure to keep them safe in their cases, between uses. Cheers!
