There are two power connectors behind the radio, must have been pulled loose. (both have fuses)

I looked at the fuses and they are medal on the ends and plain glass in between ,is that how they are to look? I am getting power to radio but no sound,any ideas?

Any chance the passenger mute button is depressed? Also make sure he HS button is not depressed. That is exclusively for a head set.

removing the battery , you loose all memory. ie. VOLUME,STATION, AM/FM
turn the volume up from the handle bar control.
There are four fuses to the audio system.
the glass buss fuses will have a metal, wire between the ends.
