Going out tomorrow to check out another 1300.
Owner tells me he has 2 and decided to sell one of them .
He told me that I am the third person he has talked to that already has one but is looking for another.I told him we are a special breed ,once you have one you don't want to give them up.
If it's in the condition he claims and runs as good as he claims it may be sitting in my driveway by next weekend.I am riding the bike up to see him ,because I know that once he see's mine I should be able to talk him down a little .
Just need to go out and give mine a quick polish so it glitters tomorrow.

In answer to the title, YES, you do! Can never have too many 1300s! CAN have too little space for them, but........!
Don't forget that pics are a must upon returning home with it. And, I am requesting a pic of yours side-by-side with the new one if you get it. There's just something about two 1300s next to each other! Lots of black, burgundy and massiveness!
Good luck! How far away is he? How will you get it home?

It's about a hour and a half north of me.That's why it may take a week ,I will need to find someone to drive me up to pick it up.

This one is in Friendship
http://madison.craigslist.org/mcy/5654926710.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Pictures look better than the bike .
Shimmed and top end cleaned up ,runs super ,but did bounce 7 bars when it was sitting in his driveway.
Most of the plastic looks in good shape but it's very dull.Fairing is solid but would look better in a scrap heap.
Good set of E3's on it with a Shinko thrown in for the rear.
