Best Windshield
What is the best replacement/economical windshield for the Voyager, my 93 OE has developed the hazing that is rough to see thru at night and have had no luck in polishing it out, Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance, I appreciate what all you guys do helping us newbies with our toys. Ed

Re: Best Windshield
I went with a Clear View 2" wider and 2" taller than stock with the goldwing style vent. I really like this shield. The extra height is nice for the significant other, it cuts down on the buffeting. Others swear by Cee Bailey windshields. I'm sure others will chime in with the opinions. I went with the Clear View because I hadn't heard of Cee Bailey.

Re: Best Windshield
I went Clearview on my Nomad, and will for Voyager also when the time comes.
You might note, it is 3/16" plastic, what you have is 1/8, 1/16 less and it's floppy,
the thicker shield is a tad more sturdy..... As it's made for a Voyager, I'll assume
the brackets will support it....

Re: Best Windshield
If you are looking for economy Ebay still has OEM windshields available for cheaper than aftermarket units. However it is hard to beat the service and the quality of the Clearview windshields. Besides I like the way they let you customize them with width, height and vents. I am another who can vouch for them.

I also went with the Clearview, .I went with stock size, but the vent included. I would recommend it as a good choice.

Re: Best Windshield
Cree bailey here as well,
never use any cleaners on it that have alcohol (like whidex or rain ex) in them as it will eventually give you that hazy look after a few months of cleaning with them. I use Lemon Pledge in a spray can that I keep in the bikes trunk and it cleans bugs and any other stuff off without damaging it. Always use a micro fiber rag never any other rags.

Re: Best Windshield
If your looking for the best deal for stock windshield size I've used slipstreamer windshields on both my voyagers with good luck. Under $80.

I've used Slipstreamer also. Two years and no problems or complaints so far.
