I contacted oldhippi59@yahoo.com per the $ for $ section and
jim.aynes@servicesource.org per one of Don's posts and I've not
heard from either. Are they still around and providing these supports?
Has anyone done business with 'um recently? TIA
I want to firm up my crash bars as I intend to use pegs mounted on 'um...
and in general improve support...

I don't recognize either of those names, but I bought one from chevyman1 a while back.
Fit perfect.

I don't know those names, but I ended up buying one off of a guy on a FB group for $34.00 and loving it. It was his last one.

It's not mine, but there is one in the classifieds.
It might seem a bit pricey, but considering the Stainless steel bar costs more than $40. then you have to turn down the ends so they fit inside the bars.
Have had one of these on all my Voyagers, they work great!

Re: Cross / support piece between crash bars
For future reference, someone posted, a few years ago, the exact pipe size which will fit. Just drill a couple of holes for a bolt, and a locknut, to secure it in both crash bars. It will not have a nice finish, like the SS bar, but the price is very low, like <$10, including the bolts and locknuts! It can be painted, or powder-coated, as well, if desired, but that is more money.
I put mine in around two years ago. Amazing difference in how strong they are, now. I can feel the difference when I push on the highway floorboards, to adjust my seat position, on long rides. Would do it again, in a heartbeat. Cheers!
