Not sure what the drawings posted represent. Are these to upgrade or reproduce the OEM part?

The bronze bushings in the levers are not available, so when they are worn out and the lever is sloppy against the switch contacts, one is encouraged to buy a new lever. However I have to be thrifty now that I am retired, so I designed a replacement bushing and the means to drive it out of the lever.
Following the drawings will produce a new bronze bushing which can be installed using a press/vice into the lever, once the old worn out bushing is driven out of the lever using the steel driver. It is easy lathe work to make the driver/bushings for my machinist friend, but it may not be cost effective for some folks.
Also one needs to ensure the pivot bolt is still at spec to ensure a good fit of the new bushing.
