New 2017 Victory Vision?

Post by Tonyvdb »

SO with the news of Victory no longer in production by Polaris our local Polaris dealer is clearing out remaining stock and offering 0% financing 84 months warranty along with steep discounts. Someone needs to talk me out of buying one as that deal is soooo good!
I can get one for just over $15,000USD

Does anybody have any experience with the victory line of bikes? Pros/cons? A friend of mine has a 2014 model and loves it.

The Vision got good reviews. You can go to Youtube and type in Victory Vision and view videos of reviews of the bike. I have no doubt you will love it. If you have the money, go for it.

So I ended up buying it, in the review above on the video he says it's "lazy" however driving my friends Vision last fall it is hardly that at all. Looking at the Tac in the video he was shifting way to low. The Victory's love revving heigh and just like the Voyager XII like 3000rpm and above. The power really kicks in at 4K on this bike. :woohoo:

Anyhow, I can only look at pictures of the bike right now as it was still in the crate at the store and won't get unpacked till late March as riding season is unlikely to start till after that here.

Congratulations. Now if you just keep it pristine in 25 years it will be as rare as Voyager XII's are today! Might end up being a real collectors item! :woohoo:

You are probably right there Loren ....but I do like the looks of that black one that Tony just bought ! The Victory that I rode on "demo day" like that one, was a nice bike , I would like to know someone that has one , that we could go on a day trip together , and trade bikes ,so I could ride his all the way there ....or all the way back !
The demo ride was longer than I thought it was gonna be that day ....but not long enough !

There seems to be a Victory club near here  I occasionally see a group of 12-17 Victorys ride in this area during the year, and I wondered how they would be to own. There is also a late model Indian :woohoo: that I see in the area.
