I am looking to replace all the radiator hoses on my 1998 Voyager Xii with 76,000 miles. I believe the one on the bike are probably the originals and would like to do the maintenance while I am doing other maintenance. Is there a place to buy these hoses other than through Kawasaki or an OEM parts dealer? I came from a Kawasaki Concours bike which had a couple great place such as Shoodaben Engineering and Murph's Kits for things like this. Is there a place to get these hoses or an auto parts store who can supply these hoses? I am also replacing the orings on the coolant pipes as I am replacing the water pump due to and oil leak. I would like to have all the maintenance done as I do not know for sure what has been replaced.
I know there are a lot of you guys who have lots of experience with these bikes. Any help would be appreciated!
Brad

Re: Radiator Hoses
Go to the AVA Home page and click on Tech Section whereupon a small window will open. Scroll down to the bottom of this window and click on Dollar4Dollar and you will find some aftermarket hose #s to use.
Unfortunately the LH hose from the cylinder head to the thermostat housing is now obsolete and as yet there hasn't been an alternative one piece substitute discovered and identified.

Re: Radiator Hoses
When I decided to replace all my hoses and orings, Carl Leo put together a package of everything I needed.
Not sure if he is still doing this as this was about four years ago,

Re: Radiator Hoses
Thanks guys! I appreciate the help on the hoses. I love the Voyager but when parts begin to become obsolete is makes it harder to keep these babies running. I hope I can keep it going for a long time. Fortunately the bikes have a long life span without too many major problems. I love the size and ride of these bikes.

I agree! If they could have put the Connie 1400, smoothed out the tranny, and improved the fit and finish on the bags they would have hit it out of the park in my opinion. I love the bike as it but a few small improvements would have really made it a great bike.
