ZN1300 Helmet locks - how many?

The manual for my 86 1300 Voyager shows two helmet locks - bot located on the rear bag frames. There are bosses on the bag frames for two locks - one for each side, but mine has only a lock on one side. Are there supposed to be two locks?

There are two.
However if one is missing you better order both and make sure they are keyed the same .
In case you have not counted there are 14 locks all keyed the same .

I counted 15 locks! Took me a few minute to figure out where they are:

4 Side Bag Locks
2 Side Bag Release
2 Helmet Locks
1 Top Bag Lock
1 Top Bag Release
1 Tool Box Lock
1 Fuel Tank Lock
1 Radio Control Panel Lock
1 Cassette Deck cover Lock
1 Ignition Lock

Does anyone have a spare helmet lock they want to sell? Don't know if they can be re-keyed but I have a buddy who's a locksmith and if anybody can do it, he can.

Somewhere in the manual, I can't remember where or what I was reading, it mentions something can be found under the side cover 'near the spare key holder'. If there's a spare key holder, I can't find it.
