Some time ago members asked how to donate to the AVA. This was discussed at the rally and when I got home I forgot all about it! However, I've now set up a process whereby people can donate via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. Just click on the "Donate" button at the top of any page in the forum or website and that will take you to the donate page.
This process was set up at the request of members, not as a fund raising action by the Board. Still, if you are a registered user of the forum (user name in Red) but not a member of the American Voyager Association and would like to help support the AVA to show appreciation for the help and support you've received here, this is your opportunity.

Re: AVA Donations now possible
Quick question for you Ron, does the AVA get hit with a fee when using the Donate button?

Yes, 30¢ + 2.9%. So a $25 donation has $1.03 in fees, 30¢ + 73¢. But the convenience is worth it, figuring the cost of a stamp plus running around town to the bank to deposit a check, etc. Foreign (Canadian and overseas) are 30¢ + 3.9%.

I just put in 25$, can that count toward my renewal? Would another donation help you decide?
