Sold my 1200/bought a 1700

Post by Pbpd183 »

Used to ride a 2000 XII. I loved it. Sold it a few months back and recently found a 2010 1700 that caught my eye. Glad to be back in the AVA.

Happy to have you back and nice ride. I really like the color. This Dec it'll be 5 years since I got my 1700, and now I'm happy I got it.

Now, to really make that 1700 shine, get it reflashed. Better throttle responce, tiny bit better MPG, less heat, and the ability to cross the mountains without a lot of down shifting.

Never meddle in the affairs of a dragon, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup!

It came with cobra triovals and Ivan’s flash. Polk audio speakers and iso grips. Everything I would have done to it myself. Runs great.

I'd say not only is it a looker but also a hard runner, good job on that find. That was a $1000.00 in extras that are needed.

Congratulations on your new ride. I bought a new one back in July and now that it’s fully broken in and Im used to its handling etc it has been a great purchase so far. Hope to see you out there somewhere. Steve G
