Loose shifter

Post by Roadrash »

I have a loose heel toe shifter on my 98 voyager.
Look like maybe it needs a bushing or something between the case and the back of the shifter. It has one already but seems only half thickness of what it should be. Suggestions?

Find out who made that shifter and see if they sell repair parts. Or possibly pull the shifter apart and see if you can't find a replacement bushing at the hardware store.

... fixed mine with a cable tie... around the housing, behind the link and thru the hole in
the shifter and the front fork.... nice and tight... will NOT come loose and I will NOT
loose it!!! FWIW
